Case 1: The patient underwent excision of a large skin cancer involving all layers of the nose. In a staged procedure, a flap of forehead tissue was brought down to resurface the nose.

Case 2: The patient underwent excision of a skin cancer involving the junction of the nose and cheek. A skin graft was placed to resurface the nose, and cheek tissue was moved to cover the defect of the cheek. The patient is shown immediately before and after excision, and immediately after placement of the skin graft in the operating room.
