Local muscle was moved to cover the defect, and this was covered with a skin graft. The patient is shown with the initial wound, immediately after coverage in the operating room, and months later after a series of dressing changes.

Case 2: The patient wide local excision of the skin cancer of the leg, and the defect was resurfaced with a skin graft. Final clinic follow up is shown after a period of dressing changes.
