Case 1: The patient underwent wide local excision of a melanoma of the ear, with sentinel node biopsy. The blue dye helps identify the sentinel lymph node. The patient is seen immediately before the operation, at the conclusion of the procedure, and then again at clinic follow up.

Case 2: The patient underwent wide local excision of a melanoma of the ear. The adjacent cartilage and skin is moved to close the defect, and the patient is seen again over 1 year later for follow up.

Case 3: The patient had an avulsive injury to the ear in a motor vehicle accident. The ear was re-attached, including repair of a vein to the ear. The patient is seen again at first clinic follow up after an inpatient hospital stay, and then in follow up over a month later.
